FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
Our Functional Strength sessions focus on building total-body strength through a combination of barbell lifts and free weight exercises using kettlebells and dumbbells. Each session is centered around foundational movement patterns - squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull - to help you develop balanced, functional strength.
These workouts are designed to be fully scalable for all fitness and experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, exercises can be progressed or regressed to match your goals and abilities - giving you a personalised training experience.
We prioritise coaching our clients to develop a strong understanding of proper form and technique, empowering them to move safely and confidently.

Class types
CONDITIONING
Our Conditioning sessions are designed to build a strong aerobic and anaerobic base, helping you improve overall cardiovascular performance. Each workout combines erg machine work - such as the rower, bike, and ski erg - with functional movements and running for a well-rounded workout. Expect a mix of structured intervals, EMOMs, and team-based efforts that push your limits and test your ability.

HYBRID
Our Hybrid sessions take a mixed-modal approach, blending strength training with conditioning work for a dynamic and efficient workout. Using loaded implements like dumbbells and kettlebells, we focus on functional movement patterns to build strength and stability. These are paired with conditioning elements such as erg machines and bodyweight movements to challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
These sessions are designed to improve overall fitness and performance.
