How do I join?
Getting started is easy. Simply download the Mindbody app and search for Avenue Training. From there, you'll be able to view our timetable, purchase an intro offer or membership, and book into classes.
If you're new to strength training or unsure where to start, don't worry — we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Where can I find pricing?
Our pricing options are designed to suit a range of training schedules and goals:
- Casual Drop-In: $38 per class
- 10-Pack: $340
- 3 Classes Per Week Membership: $95 per week
- Unlimited Membership: $120 per week

Is Avenue Training suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels.
All of our classes are coach-led, meaning you'll receive guidance and support throughout every session. Our coaches can modify exercises, adjust weights and tailor movements to suit your individual experience level, fitness and any injuries or limitations.
Whether you're new to strength training or returning after some time away from exercise, we'll help you build confidence and progress at a pace that works for you.
